Feed-in Tariff Program

Solar incentives in Canada mean earning revenue from your rooftops

Ontario's Feed-in Tariff (FIT) Program is Canada's first comprehensive guaranteed pricing structure for renewable electricity production. It offers stable prices under long-term contracts for energy generated from renewable sources in Ontario, including PV solar.

The FIT Program was enabled by the Green Energy and Green Economy Act, 2009 which was passed into law on May 14, 2009. The Ontario Power Authority is responsible for implementing the program.

SunEdison is Canada’s leading solar services company, prepared to help organizations in Ontario take advantage of FIT Program earnings through fully-managed solar PV systems that require no up-front capital and provide an on-going revenue stream for your organization.
