Under the Solar Services Model, SunEdison absorbs all solar photovoltaic (PV) equipment purchase and installation costs. We provide all monitoring and maintenance. You collect a lease cheque each month. It’s that simple.

Ideal characteristics for a SunEdison solar photovoltaic (PV) project in Ontario include:
- Multiple or single site solutions
- Single-story facilities generally with a minimum of 40,000 square feet in aggregate
- Rooftops less than 7 years old (for rooftop systems)
- A minimum of 50 acres of vacant land (for ground-mount projects)
- A well-established business with a strong balance sheet
