Carlos Domenech, President of SunEdison
(& Executive VP of MEMC)
Carlos Domenech is globally responsible for solar energy systems and services. As President of SunEdison and Executive Vice President of MEMC, Domenech oversees all global operations including financial, sales, marketing and human resources for SunEdison. Domenech provides operational guidance and leadership within the SunEdison and MEMC executive teams. He works closely with world-class partners, including leading venture capital firms and investment banks to create innovative programs that have transformed SunEdison into a global leader in solar energy services.

Prior to joining SunEdison, Domenech served as CFO at Universal Pictures' International Entertainment, where he led its integration with NBC.

Domenech has a BS in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management. He is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program and Corporate Audit Staff.
Mark Mendenhall, GM, North America
As GM of North America, Mark Mendenhall oversees all SunEdison financial and operational performance and teams throughout the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean.

Prior to joining SunEdison, Mendenhall was President/GM of Elo TouchSystems, where he led the tripling of the business in six years.

Mendenhall is a graduate of University of California at Berkeley where he was awarded a degree in Physics/Electronics and is a Regents and Alumni Scholar.
Jason Gray, Vice President & Country Manager, Canada
Jason Gray is the Vice President and Country Manager of Canada for SunEdison, the largest solar energy services provider in North America. SunEdison is a subsidiary of MEMC Electronic Materials, a global leader in semiconductor and solar technology with research and development (R&D) and manufacturing facilities in North America, Europe and Asia.

In this role, Mr. Gray leads SunEdison’s Canadian operations. Over the past three years, he has secured over 180 MW of solar projects for the company and has successfully interconnected 38 MW of green energy for the province.
Working closely with government and regulatory entities, Mr. Gray has helped to establish solar as a viable renewable energy solution for Ontario and has raised the profile of Canada as a leading market in the global solar sector. He championed MEMC’s investment in the Ontario-based manufacturing of solar PV panels with Fortune Global 500 manufacturing organization, Flextronics, as well as the production of racking equipment within the province. Beyond their monetary value, together these investments have contributed over 450 new jobs to Ontario’s economy.

Mr. Gray has over 10 years experience working in traditional and renewable energy sectors and holds a BA and an MBA from the University of Calgary.
Michael Dilworth , Director of Project Finance & Corporate Development, Canada
Michael Dilworth is the Director, Project Finance and Corporate Development at SunEdison. Mr. Dilworth is responsible for all of SunEdison’s financing activities with lenders and financial and strategic investors, corporate development initiatives, and financial analysis and structuring support for sales and partnering opportunities. Prior to his position at SunEdison, Mr. Dilworth worked in New York, where he was primarily focused on the Power & Utility sector in investment banking and principal investing. His former roles include Senior Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions at Jefferies & Company; Associate in the Power & Utilities Group at Lazard Freres; Associate, Energy Financial Services at GE Capital; and Associate, Global Power Group at Salomon Smith Barney. Additionally, he served as a consultant to the U.S. Department of Energy. Prior to his time in the U.S., Mr. Dilworth worked in HSBC’s Commercial Banking Group in various locations throughout Ontario. Mr. Dilworth has an MBA from The University of Western Ontario - Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.
Bryan Bentrott, Director of Sales, Canada
As Director of Sales, Canada, Bryan Bentrott leads SunEdison commercial sales efforts in Ontario. He is responsible for account development from initial program conception all the way through construction, financing and project closing. In Ontario, Bryan has been responsible for the development and rollout of solar portfolios for key SunEdison customers such as GE Real Estate, The Remington Group, CanFirst, LaSalle Investment Management and many others. Prior to taking on this role in helping to build the SunEdison team and business in Canada, Bryan worked for SunEdison in the United States as an account manager for commercial accounts and REITs. In this role, he was responsible for leading the development of over 25 Megawatts of solar installations.

Bryan holds a BA from Stanford University and currently resides in downtown Toronto.
Angie Forster, Director of Marketing, Canada
Angie Forster is the Director of Marketing, for SunEdison’s Canadian operations. She was rapidly promoted to lead the Canadian strategic marketing program for North America’s largest solar energy company and project financier with over 400 installations around the globe.

In this role she is responsible for the company’s brand strategy and establishing SunEdison as the leading provider of solar energy within Ontario. She has over 10 years of marketing communications experience in various industries including technology, finance, energy, telecommunications, and education, and has a solid track record of establishing strong brand identities.

Angie holds a BBA in Entrepreneurship from Brock University.
