SunEdison provides 24x7 solar monitoring from its Renewable Operations Center (ROC) to identify outages or performance issues. The ROC is North America's first solar command and control center, and serves as the hub for:

• PV solar energy system monitoring
• remote diagnostics
• automated service dispatch
We locate our proprietary SunEdison Energy and Environmental Data System (SEEDS™) device at your system. SEEDS collects and transmits system performance data in 15-minute intervals, which is sent to our Renewable Operations Center (ROC).
When a system is underperforming, the ROC issues a notification of possible maintenance issues. We quickly dispatch a crew of SunEdison technicians to service the system—and restore it to expected solar power generation levels.
SunEdison also provides preventative maintenance to proactively avert system issues.
