SunEdison offers organizations who wish to participate in Ontario’s Feed-in Tariff Program the ability to reap the financial rewards without the expense of financing, constructing, owning and servicing their own photovoltaic solar energy systems.
Under the Solar Services Model, SunEdison customers in Ontario lease their roof-top space and/or vacant land for the installation of solar PV systems. We own, operate and maintain the system; our customers receive a new revenue stream from leased space, as well as public recognition of their environmental leadership.
Our comprehensive solution for organizations in Ontario is delivered in four steps:
1. Analysis, Design and Construction: We conduct an on-site assessment of your solar energy production potential. From that assessment, SunEdison designs a photovoltaic power system that utilizes the latest technologies, materials and designs to optimize solar energy production. We manage the entire construction process, including logistics and the utility interconnection.
2. Certification and Operation: We manage the complete certification process, and activate your system and generate clean, renewable energy from the sun.
3. Monitoring and Maintenance: Using state-of-the-art technology, we continually monitor and control system performance. In addition to proactive system maintenance, we quickly dispatch certified technicians when needed to keep systems running at optimal levels.
4. Marketing Support: SunEdison will help you maximize “Green Value” through marketing support, including press releases, flip the switch / groundbreaking event management, solarized facility branding, educational programs, industry outreach, speaking opportunities and award nomination support.
